Galaxie Gym Refund Policy

Effective Date: October 10, 2025

At Galaxie Gym, we strive to provide all our members and customers with exceptional service, programs, and facilities. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be granted.


1. Memberships

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except as required by law or under the circumstances outlined below.
  • A refund may be considered if:
    • You were charged in error.
    • You relocate more than 30 km (18 miles) from any Galaxie Gym location.
    • You experience a medical condition that permanently prevents you from exercising, with supporting documentation from a licensed physician.

If approved, the refund will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of your membership.


2. Class Packages and Personal Training

  • Prepaid class packs, personal training sessions, or special programs are refundable only if:
    • The service has not yet been used, and
    • The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once a session or class is attended, the corresponding portion becomes non-refundable.

You may, however, transfer unused sessions to another member (with management approval).


3. Online Purchases

For merchandise, supplements, or digital products purchased through galaxiegym.com:

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Digital products (e.g., workout plans, online training access) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Automatic Renewals and Cancellations

  • Members on recurring billing plans must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before their next billing date to cancel renewals.
  • Cancellations can be made in person at the front desk or by email at support@galaxiegym.com.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to use the facilities.


5. Events, Promotions, and Trials

  • Event registrations and promotional offers (e.g., discounted trials or limited-time deals) are non-refundable.
  • Trial memberships automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless upgraded to a full membership.
